System Payments transactions

Overview

The System Transactions page within the admin panel serves as a centralized hub for viewing and managing all payment transactions across the system’s modules. This guide will walk you through the functionalities and features available on this important page.

Navigation

To get to the System Transactions page, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Admin Panel.
  2. Navigate to the left-hand side menu and click on Payments.
  3. From the dropdown, choose System Transactions.

Features

Filter Bar

The top of the System Transactions page contains a filter bar to help you perform targeted searches for transactions. The filter options available include:

  • Module Type: Allows you to narrow down transactions originating from specific modules.
  • User: Enables you to find transactions associated with a particular user.
  • Date Range: Filters transactions within a set date range.
  • Payment Method: Searches for transactions made through specific payment gateways.
  • Transaction ID: This lets you locate a transaction using its unique identifier.

Details Button

Adjacent to each transaction record is a “Details” button. Clicking this button will provide an in-depth view of that particular transaction, as well as options for additional actions if necessary.

Transaction Table

The transaction data is presented in a table format with the following columns:

  • Module: Identifies the module where the transaction originated.
  • ID: The unique identifier assigned to the transaction.
  • User: The username or ID of the user involved in the transaction.
  • Price: The total amount of the transaction.
  • Payment Gateway: Specifies the payment method used for the transaction.
  • Transaction ID: The payment gateway’s unique identifier for the transaction.
  • Status: Current transaction status, such as Pending, Completed, or Failed.
  • Date: The date the transaction was initiated.
